“I would like to share my sincere appreciation to Jay and Tony at Building Human Resilience for the wellbeing session they conducted for our team. They did a phenomenal job of engaging the team and providing useful insights that all have benefited from. Although many recognise the importance of mental health and overall wellbeing, it can be challenging to encourage people seek support. Jay and Tony were able to do this quite successfully, ensuring the team both enjoyed the sessions and derived true value. We will definitely bring them back for further sessions and would highly recommend them to any organisation keen to support the wellbeing of their staff.”
We had the privilege of hearing from two distinguished retired British army soldiers, Tony Finch MIoL and Jay Gordon who run a wellbeing practice called Building Human Resilience. Through the LSEG Veterans Network, they kindly offered to come and talk to us to help us learn more about improving our mental and physical wellbeing as well as some tips and pointers, through a practical session delivered with passion! During their service time, both were involved in programs to help army personnel and their families cope with the stresses of operational service, including Life Skills and Whole Life Development courses, and received commendations for their work. Since setting up Building Human Resilience, Tony and Jay have helped people in the corporate sector and in the National Health Service, where their wellbeing training has made a positive impact.
